LEARN TO PLAY

Lacrosse is one of the youngest organized sports CHILDREN can play

Starting as young as 3-years-old, our learn-to-play programs are designed to introduce you and your child to Canada’s national summer sport. Children U5 begin in our soft lacrosse program while children U7 and U9 keep moving and learn to play in our Learn to Play programs.

Our house league programs are open to boys and girls U13 that want to learn to play lacrosse in a friendly and competitive environment right here in Owen Sound.
