Lacrosse is one of the youngest organized sports CHILDREN can play

Starting as young as 3 years old, our Learn-to-Play programs are designed to introduce you and your child to Canada’s National Summer Sport—lacrosse.

At the U5 level, children can begin their lacrosse journey in Soft Lacrosse, Girls Field Lacrosse, or Sixes. As they move into U7 and U9, players continue building fundamental skills, staying active, and developing confidence through our Learn-to-Play or Rep Programs in a fun and supportive environment.

Our Local League programs are open to boys and girls up to the U13 level who want to learn and play lacrosse in a friendly, community-focused, and positive competitive environment right here in Owen Sound. We also offer Rep Lacrosse Programs up to U22.
