team ontario women’s field pre-season camp

Team Ontario is offering a pre-season camp on April 6th in Oshawa for Girl’s Field players in the U13, U15, U17 & U19 age groups. This will be a great experience for our players as they will be able to share the field with high level talent from all over Ontario. The following is a statement from Team Ontario U19 coach Paul Swanson, who is also the president of the Beaches organization.

Hi everyone, I am delighted to inform you that Team Ontario has appointed me (Paul Swanson) to be head coach of the U19 Women’s team in 2025. Our goal is to re-capture the National Championships. Canada is swelling with national pride, and the competition will be fierce. A very positive aspect of Team Ontario is that it requires its candidate players to play in (and thus support) Ontario.

As most of you know, everything that I do for girls & womens lacrosse is a not-for-profit hobby to promote the best sport in the world at the minor and Canadian university levels. Please assist me in putting our best foot forward by encouraging your high-level players to come to tryouts. There is a pre-season camp coming up on April 6, 10:45am to 12:45pm at Oshawa Civic, and they can register by going to the Team Ontario Lacrosse website.
