NEW for 2025, the OSML Winter Lacrosse Program!
REGISTER NOW for the entire program for only $60 (*that’s only $6.67/session!!), or register and pay weekly $15/session. The program will run Sundays at the Kilsyth Arena and include a phenomenal line up of Guest Coaches. These coaches bring a wealth of knowledge and passion for the game, and will design practice plans for our U11-U17 North Stars that they will run along with our other fantastic OSML Coaches and on-floor volunteers. Our U9 group will continue to enhance their lacrosse skills week to week with practice plans designed for their level of play.
*Note the OSML winter lacrosse program is intended for those players registering for the 2025 regular box lacrosse season.

CALLING ALL 2009-2014 GIRLS!
Because of the incredible response to the new OSML Winter Lax program, we would now like to dedicate a time specifically for NEW GIRLS BOX PLAYERS looking to get into the box game…FOR FREE!
Starting February 2nd, and running until March 2nd, join us at the Kilsyth arena from 3-4PM for a completely FREE Try Lacrosse winter box program!
Register on Sportzsoft under “Try Lacrosse”.
Girls field Indoor Training
In preparation to the season, our OSML Girls Field Lacrosse program will also be running some indoor training!
These sessions will be held at either East Ridge Community School (ERC) and Owen Sound District Secondary School (OSD) starting Monday February 3rd and Wednesday February 5th.
Register for 5 weeks for only $50!
U19/JEWL: Mondays – 6-7pm at ERC (Brooks)
U9-U11: Mondays – 7-8pm at ERC (Quaid/Kazarian)
U13-15: Wednesdays 6-8pm at OSD (Sarvis)
